I use these nike shoes for everyday wear and for running on a treadmill. I love the fact that they breathe well, don't get too hot. These are comfortable for all-day wear too. I don't have to change shoes for each activity that I do during the day. Just wear these all day. Rating: [4 of 5 Stars]

Just aren't comfortable - I bought these to wear to the gym for training. First of all let me say they are really great looking. I love the look. But they aren't that comfortable AND they are HOT. Don't breathe well I am so sad to have to return them!!! Rating: [5 of 5 Stars]

These shoes are comfy with good support but are not the dance shoe they are advertised to be. The sole is way, way too sticky to be a legitimate dance sneaker. Maybe coul dbe uses as a court shoe, as in for tennis or racquetball, where you need to make sudden stops on a dime - they'd be good for that! For dance - anything that will put a turning option on the lower leg - they're a dislocation waiting to happen. Too bad, because otherwise I like them - comfort and style both. I ended up with a pair of cheaper Capezios and am keeping my old Blochs. I won't look as stulish but at least my knees will be a little safer Rating: [5 of 5 Stars]
