I ordered a whole size larger (14), since eastbay recommends ordering a half size larger. I'll admit I prefer a wide width, but only for the toe box area. The entire shoe is narrow, including the heel which is a first. The insole cushioning is poor and would recommend an aftermarket insole or just buy a cheapo insole from walmart and tuck it under the original which i did and helped somewhat. I don't think this shoe is a good value at $90, or even w/ the $15 discount i got.

I have owned these shoes for about a year and absolutely love them. I can wear them to work and stand around in them all day, or I can run 2 miles with them on, or hike 20 miles a day with them and they are just as comfortable when I put them on as when I took them off. The insoles that came with them were rather cheap and flimsy, but I replaced them with a pair of green SuperFeet insoles and they are perfect. They are also very easy to clean
